For years, RDK has been Millipore’s preferred MEP building system engineering consultant for a substantial number of projects undertaken at the company’s Jaffrey, NH facility.

For Millipore’s Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and Central Chiller Plant Cleanroom Upgrades, they retained RDK to provide project management, design, construction administration and commissioning services for converting an existing warehouse space into a new 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art production facility, including 10,000 square feet of ISO-8 cleanroom space and 2,500 square feet of ISO-7 cleanroom space.

RDK’s work included a number of energy efficient design components including process piping systems design for low pressure & high pressure steam, nitrogen, compressed air, process vacuum, house vacuum and RO water.

The demanding project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
