Meditech Medical Information TechnologyThis beautiful new 120,000 square foot, $30 million atrium facility for Meditech provides an open office feel, including a picturesque view of the lake through an all-glass curtain wall. Working with Payette, RDK was happy to provide MEP designs focused on sustainable features including daylight harvesting and a computer-controlled shade system on the south facing glass façade. These designs achieved an energy savings over code requirements, resulting in a substantial rebate from the local utility. RDK was thrilled to be a part of this award winning project that gave back to the Fall River community by creating jobs in the local economy. |
