Wainwright Banks (LEED Project) by RDK Engineers

Wainwright Banks (LEED)

As the country’s leading socially progressive bank, Wainwright’s main goal for their retail bank locations was to create a space that would better the community in which they were moving into. Each of their branches is LEED certified, registered, or has a LEED goal realized by including low energy HVAC systems and daylighting into the design. All of their banks contain a community room with supplemental cooling that stays open after hours to allow local non-profit clients of the bank to hold meetings free of charge.

RDK has worked on six of Wainwright’s branch locations including fit-outs of existing buildings into retail space, new construction of buildings, and commissioning.

      Key Features:

  • Dedicated cooling system for community rooms
  • All LEED
  • Low energy and water use fixtures, daylighting, solar shading
  • Teller stations, ATM’s, offices, platform desks, night drop
