The 1924 Classical Revival Earle Building in Boston’s South End, formerly occupied by the American Red Cross, has been converted by the Boston Residential Group into 63 sophisticated New-York style loft condominiums featuring high ceilings and huge windows overlooking the City. The 8-story, 106,000 SF building’s infrastructure was entirely upgraded to accommodate the new usage, which also includes a 10,000 SF restaurant on the first floor.
