TA Associates, a leading international investment firm, retained RDK to provide MEP/FP and specialized tel/data systems designs for a 25,000 SF expansion of their dramatic 125 High Street headquarter offices. The project involved renovation to their existing space, and fit-up of adjacent space, including new and expanded conference rooms with state-of-the-art video conferencing systems, a new boardroom, and a new kitchen. Systems were designed to fit within the existing and new intricate cherry and glass millwork. Work was completed on an aggressive 16-week schedule, and phased to allow the offices to remain occupied with minimal disruption during construction.
