Franklin Senior Center

RDK designed MEP/FP systems for adaptive reuse of the historic Four Corners Schoolhouse in Franklin, MA into a new senior center for the town. The project involved complete renovation of the original 7,500 SF structure, and construction of 6,000 SF of additional space, containing several new multi-purpose rooms and a kitchen.
