North Shore Community College Academic Building

This new 106,000 SF multi-purpose facility houses faculty offices, a learning resource center, networked classrooms, and a student center with a 150-seat cafeteria, to serve the rapidly growing community college. In addition to design of all MEP/FP systems for the vibrant new facility, RDK also provided specialized communications engineering services for design of all interior and exterior security systems.
