The Grande Bay Residences is a 152-unit luxury waterfront condominium complex, the first phase of a proposed 31-acre mixed-use development, now in conceptual design, that is planned to include 125,000 SF of retail, 100,000 SF of office, and 50,000 SF of medical office space, as well as additional residential units. RDK designed all building systems for the upscale resort-style community, which features many amenities, including a banquet center, lagoon pool, saunas, steam rooms, clubhouse and fitness room.
