RDK is providing MEP/FP and tel/data engineering services for all of the facilities in the state-of-the art development, which has been designed to serve as a model of energy efficiency/environmental sustainability. RDK's engineers evaluated a wide range of "green" building systems technologies for the project, among them use of cogeneration, photovoltaic, and wind power; geothermal heating and cooling; and rooftop rainwater collection systems.
