First Marblehead Corporation (FMC), one of the nation's largest private education lending service providers, has needed to expand their operations quickly and significantly in recent years, in terms of both physical space and technological capacity, to accommodate their rapid growth. RDK has supported FMC's growth with building systems evaluation, design, and facility operation recommendations on multiple projects totaling over 200,000 SF of space ranging from Class A corporate offices at Boston's Prudential Tower to a "mission critical" data back-up/recovery center in Medford, MA. Systems were designed for numerous specialized facilities including data centers, trading desk rooms, calls centers, and conference rooms with state-of-the-art A/V systems.
