RDK conducted due diligence evaluations of building systems in number of Boston office towers for ASA, as part of an extensive search for new headquarters to accommodate the technology-intensive organization's growing needs. RDK also developed MEP/FP systems designs for fit-up of the new offices selected by ASA, comprising nearly 140,000 SF of space on four floors of the recently renovated 100 Cambridge Street complex. In addition to offices and a call center, the space contains a number of areas requiring specialized systems, such as a 1000 SF raised floor computer room and a computer lab with over 100 PCs, which require dedicated 24/7 cooling, UPS systems, and pre-action and Inergen Clean Agent Fire Suppression systems.
