Building shell/core and MEP/FP systems upgrades to 100,000 SF of space for relocation of Hologic/Cytyc’s Marlborough, MA manufacturing facilities. The new complex includes slide and surgical products manufacturing facilities; laboratories; QA/QC area; warehouse and shipping/receiving areas; a data room; a cafeteria; restrooms with showers; and office space. Systems designed included a new generator; air cooled packaged chiller system; 24/7 supplemental cooling units to serve the data room; a new UPS system; and an air-compressor system to accommodate the new manufacturing loads.
