The Saint Mark's School's Center for the Arts is a state-of-the-art 32,000 SF visual and performing arts facility with a 500-seat auditorium/concert hall for concerts, lectures, and school assemblies, as well as classrooms, rehearsal and support spaces for the School's music and dance programs. RDK designed all MEP/FP and communications systems for phased expansion of the Center, which also involved total renovation of the 18,400 SF Benson building, to create a collaborative arts complex that features a new "black box" theatre for theatrical performances.
