• New Oracle Burlington Campus Building 2
  Sustainable MEP/FP  systems design for a new 150,000 SF building on a growing suburban corporate campus for this leading software vendor.
  
  
• New Brown University Mind/Brain Behavior Building and Creative Arts Center 
  Commissioning of two new buildings on the Brown University Campus: the 80,000 SF Mind/Brain Behavior Building, which will house laboratories, classrooms, conference and administrative facilities, and a 35,000 SF Creative Arts Center, with a recital hall, recoding studio and mutli-media labs.
  
  
• New Massachusetts Wind Technology Testing Center
  MEP/FP systems design for a new state-of-the-art facility for the testing and advancement of wind turbine technology in Charlestown, MA, to be LEED certified. The WTTC is an initiative of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, with support from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Massport.
  
  
• New Office Building
  Shell & core design for a proposed new 125,000 SF office building at 400 Baker Ave. in Concord, MA
  
  
• UMASS Lederle Graduate Research Center Astronomy Cluster
  HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and telecommunications design services for a new computer data room and infrastructure for future expansion of a lab
  

2007

• New 10 and 20 City Point Commercial Development
  Shell & Core design for two new office buildings totaling 430,000 SF, with a 1600 car parking garage and retail space below. The project, under development in Waltham, MA by Boston Properties, has a LEED Silver goal.
• GSI Group Manufacturing Facility
  Systems design, commissioning and construction administration for 145,000 SF of space including multiple clean rooms, manufacturing and assembly areas, and offices.
• Liberty Harbor North Phase 2-A Mixed-Use Development
  Building systems design  for 965,000 SF of new construction including 470 residential units, 42,500 SF of retail space, a recreation/health center, and a 625 car parking garage.  
• Brown University Joukowsky Institute for Archaeology & the Ancient World
  Restoration/upgrade of the historic Rhode Island Hall building for use as a research/ teaching facility for Brown University’s Joukowsky Institute, with a LEED Silver goal.
• 225 Frankin Street Lobby Renovation
  Major renovations to the lobby of this Class A office tower in downtown Boston, including a 3,000 SF expansion created by enclosing street level exterior space in glass.
• New Lord & Taylor Retail Complex
  Shell & core design for a new 300,000 SF retail facility in Stamford, CT, to be occupied by Lord & Taylor and other high-end retail stores, as well as a Whole Foods grocery store.
• UMASS Amherst Lincoln Campus Center Hotel
  Design for renovation/upgrade of this 116-room teaching hotel on the UMASS campus.
• Eaton Vance Offices Two International Place
  Design for relocation of Eaton Vance’s Boston offices to 300,000 SF of space on 11 floors at the Two International Place Tower, including a conferencing center, training facilities and full-service kitchen
• Boston Medical Center Health Services Building EP Labs
  Renovation of existing space to create three new EP laboratories, two pacemaker labs, patient prep/recovery areas and support spaces
