BIM
RDK is prepared for any client requests to complete BIM projects in ACAD MEP 2009 and Revit® 2011. We utilize Autodesk's® Revit® MEP 2011 BIM software and have extensively-trained staff on the program. RDK’s ultimate goal with BIM is to have anything related to building design accessible to anyone within one location—the BIM model.

The addition of the Pineville energy plant has allowed the hospital to grow into a tertiary medical center, enabling the hospital to accommodate a broader range and a larger number of patients than ever before. The energy plant provides critical utility systems to the hospital.

RDK provides validation of the Statement of Energy Performance that is used to apply for the ENERGY STAR label as outlined in the Professional Engineering’s Guide to the ENERGY STAR
label for Commercial Buildings.
According to EPA statistics, ENERGY STAR buildings use 40% less energy than average buildings.
