Duke Medicine Brier Creek Medical Office Building

RDK Engineers worked closely with Duke Medicine to advance the quality of patient care within the Brier Creek Community. In collaboration with Isley Hawkins Architects, RDK helped to design the medical office building which includes Urgent Care, Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, and Family Medicine clinics. The "class A" office is currently the anchor tenant for the medical park development.

RDK provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology services for several projects within the facility. This project was constructed on a fast track schedule which required heightened communication between RDK and the hospital staff. This allowed the team to fully understand the needs of the organization.
