| Choate Hall & Stewart, LLP When Choate Hall & Stewart, LLP, one of Boston’s leading law firms, decided to relocate its office from 53 State Street to Two International Place, RDK was chosen as part of the design team to provide MEP/FP design services. All of Choate Hall & Stewart’s employees would sit under one roof in the new 150,000 square foot space on seven floors throughout the building. In order to unite the space, a large spiral staircase was built connecting multiple floors becoming the focal point of the office. RDK joined CBT Architects in designing the new space to include a data center, conference room, cafeteria with cooking kitchen, offices, training room, file room, library, and reprographics room, all valuable elements to running a successful law firm. A practice floor was also developed in the new space to allow for flexibility and growth within the firm. |
