James Koloski, RDK’s Northeast Business Development Manager, earned the Exemplary Service Provider award by IFMA’s Boston Chapter. In a recent online article, IFMA thanked James for sharing his networking and relationship building skills with the IFMA community and noted that he has generously given his time and expertise to the Boston chapter. An active member of the Boston chapter for over 7 years, James is a key contributor to IFMA Boston's Education Committee. Several members of the RDK Team will be in attendance on May 27th to celebrate James when he receives his award in person. Congratulations, James!
Hot Happenings This Month at RDK…

The new nine-story, 235,000 SF building consolidates many of Boston Medical Center’s outpatient services and contains exam rooms, clinical labs, MRI suites, office suites, support space, and a café. The project also included a two-story, 20,000 SF expansion of the Menino Pavilion to house the surgery and radiology suites. In addition, the LEED-Silver compliant facility includes several energy-efficient and water conserving features.
Wind Technology Testing Center, Charlestown, MA
Several members of the RDK Team attended today’s ribbon-cutting ceremony on Boston’s waterfront for the nation’s largest wind blade testing facility.
